Care line
Two grits, one block, and the flattening stone that keeps it honest.
Each line is quenched and tempered to a stated Rockwell range. If a blade tests outside it, it does not leave the bench.
Edges are set at 1000 grit and refined at 3000, then stropped. Nothing is finished on a buffing wheel, which is how factory edges get their shine and lose their bite.
Send any blade back and it returns re-profiled to its original geometry. You cover the postage; we cover the work.
