Replacement window in writing

Every screen and key carries a replacement window for the length of its term. It is printed on the order confirmation, not buried in a policy page.

What exactly is a “screen”?

One simultaneous stream on a shared account, with a profile and PIN that belong to you alone. Nobody else uses that profile, and your watch history stays yours. Where you would rather hold the whole account, the full-account plans do that instead.

What happens if a screen stops working mid-term?

Message us and you get a replacement screen for the remainder of your term at no cost. If we cannot replace it within 24 hours, the unused portion is refunded. The window is written on your order confirmation.

Are the software licences genuine keys?

Yes — retail or volume keys and vendor seats, activated against your own email address wherever the vendor permits it. If a key is rejected at activation, it is replaced. We do not sell cracked or patched software.

How do I pay, and how fast is delivery?

Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa on confirmation. Screens are typically delivered within 40 minutes during working hours; licences that need vendor-side provisioning take up to two working hours.
