These terms apply to use of the public Greenz Holding website. A signed proposal, service order or written order confirmation may add product-specific terms.

Website purpose

This website presents Greenz Holding divisions, Greenz ERP plans and products offered on a quote-first basis. Information on the site is an invitation to enquire and is not, by itself, a binding offer.

ERP applications and proposals

An institution registration is a request for review, demonstration and pricing. No ERP account, subscription or payment obligation begins with the form. Modules, migration, training, support, fees and timing are confirmed in a separate written proposal or service order.

Orders and availability

A cutlery or entertainment order sent from the website is a draft. Stock, eligibility, delivery, final totals and payment instructions are confirmed by reply before an order is accepted.

Accurate information

You agree to provide current contact and organisation details and not to use the website to submit unlawful content, another person’s confidential information, passwords or payment-card details.

Product access and accounts

If an ERP account is approved, credentials and access are for the authorised institution and user. Account holders are responsible for protecting their sign-in details and reporting suspected misuse promptly. Product-specific terms in an accepted service order take priority over this website page.

Content and availability

Website content may be updated as products change. We aim to keep descriptions accurate, but demonstrations, proposals and written order confirmations are the authoritative source for the scope being purchased. We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the website when reasonably necessary.
