This notice covers the public Greenz Holding website. A Greenz ERP customer receives separate operational and contractual information for institution data handled inside the platform.

Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, send an order draft or submit an ERP enquiry, we receive the details entered in that form. These may include your name, work email, phone number, organisation, location and the content of your request.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive student records or confidential employee information through this website.

How the information is used

We use submitted details to answer enquiries, review institution applications, prepare demonstrations or proposals, confirm orders and provide the support you request.

Submitting an ERP application does not create an account or begin a paid subscription. A separate written scope is agreed before onboarding begins.

Website services

Website forms are processed through Netlify Forms so submissions can reach the relevant Greenz Holding team. An order draft may also be stored in your browser until you send it or clear it.

Service providers may process limited technical data needed to host, secure and deliver the website. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.

Retention and access

We keep an enquiry or order record only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any record we must retain. Contact us from the same email address used in the original request.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This notice may be updated when the website or our processes change. The current version published here applies to new submissions.
